THE TOY DRIVE 

December 5th to 10th, 2011

The Toy Drive is our way of contributing to our community. For the week of December 5th to 10th, 2011, our doctors donated their time and professional services as a contribution in exchange for toys for local children.

Also, many of you in our community made this possible by donating all sorts of toys in exchange for one day's chiropractic services. At the end of the Drive, all of the toys collected were donated to Sonoma Valley children.

Many of our patients donated toys with an even higher cost than that of the chiropractic adjustment they received in exchange. The doctors and staff of Adams Chiropractic Offices applaud your generosity and giving, as well as embracing the real idea of the Toy Drive -- taking advantage of an opportunity for giving to others.

The Toy Drive is our way of contributing to our community. The Toy Drive allows patients to donate newly purchased toys in exchange for one day's chiropractic services. At the end of the Drive, all toys collected will be donated to Sonoma Valley schools for distribution to local deserving children. On Tuesday, Dec. 6th, 2011, all Established Patients (patients currently seeking treatment in our office) can receive a chiropractic adjustment in exchange for new toys.

For the week of Dec. 5th to 10th, 2011, all New Patients (patients who have not sought treatment in our office before, or not for the past year) will be able to receive a consultation, thorough orthopedic, neurological and chiropractic examinations, any necessary x-rays and treatment rendered, as well as a report of our findings, in exchange for new toys.

Some suggestions for toys are:  sports equipment, art supplies, dolls, toy animals, games, books, toy cars and trucks, educational toys, LEGO sets, athletic gear and outdoor clothing and electronic toys.

For hygienic reasons -- as well as for promoting good spirit -- please donate only newly purchased toys. Please also attempt to make the value of new toys donated the equivalent of services received. Please gift wrap all toys and include a note designating the age and gender of the child for whom the gift is intended.

Please attempt to make the value of new toys donated the equivalent of services received (a chiropractic adjustment is normally $46; a no-insurance new patient start-up package is normally around $196). This offer does not apply to patients with Personal Injury or Workers' Compensation cases. The value of donated services may not be applied to an existing balance.
